so I puked all over the place today after legs
Right after my last set of leg presses we have this unisex bathroom in the gym, now I was gonna do it in the garbage can near the steps but didnt want to gross people out so I thought I'd be nice and go to the bathroom. well I should have done it in the can b/c I didnt make it in time to get all the way in and it just came out all over the place. I felt real bad but the guy at the desk that has to clean it up is a dick so i guess its not so bad. O well another good workout over with felt good to get back in the gym.

This has never happened to me........... I have felt light headed after some of my sets but that is it........................ I guess I'm not pushing hard enough

You puked after Leg presses? WOW.. I have done it after super heavy Squats but never even get dizzy on LP's. Maybe I have never pushed as hard as you did. It sure makes you feel like you worked 'em, I bet you will be sore tomorrow!
Poor dude at the desk, I would of handed you a towel and said have fun

i have never puked after any workout -
i have felt very dizzy after squats and blood gets pumped round my head and shuts down my hearing for a minute or 2 (i dunno if anyone else experiences that - as far as i know its just me)
never puked though

Congrats 24... I have been reading about your monstrous leg w/ outs lately. Mad props.
Btw, I have rolfed during heavy deads and squats...Never had an "Exorcist Moment" like yours though.

How many eggs did you eat? How close to working out? I did that once with clean and presses with egg toaster stroodles. Made it to the bathroom though. That was the longest dash for the can in my life.
I was repping out 5 sets of 10-12 reps with just 135lbs. One minute rests.

i came close to puking one night after squats and it's usually a struggle to keep my pwo shake down but cant say ive had the pleasure. I have a pretty strong stomache though, I can't remember the last time I threw up.

Hm..Ive never thrown up..but after a tough set I get really lightheaded and dizzy and I have to sit down. Happens pretty frequently..just never throw up

ive done this too and you prob could have avoided it by just sitting down and taking it easy for a couple of minutes.

I nearly fainted when I did swolecats leg workout for the first time.
If I had to puke before I could get to the bathroom, them I would have just ralphed in my towel.
