    ha i just gained..

    23lbs in 2 days!!! yes thats right ROFL bet you wish you could be like me






    anyways heres the real story.. a week ago + 3 days i got an uber stomache virus lost 31lbs in 8-9 days and was bed ridding mind you this is on the 2nd week of pct anyways i went from 262 to 231 and looked like a dam ethiopoian or a justin sane. still long ways away from where i was

    Same virus hit my boy and he lost a number of pounds. Actually, he was taken to the hospital for dehydration.
