Just did 45 minutes of cardio and...
went to Taco hell and just devoured 2 bean burritos, 2 spicy chicken burritos and that new steak chipotle new thing. Why did I just waste my time here?

I dunno man. I would feel bad. I think its cheat time for me here pretty soon..fvcking progress stopped and its really hard to get my HR up now..ugh

i cheat small about 2 or 3 times a month maybe 4, but there small meals it mostly breakfast and i do it on leg day
