out till after the first

i fell apx 6 feet from a facade wall onto a roof top. i got a hair line fracture in my left hip. brusied ribs and a sore middle back. i will be out of work untill the first of the year at least. and at my work if your are on sick leave you cant really do nothing but stay home....i got a gym set up here at home but no cardio or wet area. hope i can keep my eating under control. but for now all i am gonna do is rest and pop my pain pills lol less then 2 years to retire and this crap.........guess age is catching up with me.

Ouch!! Hope its a speedy recovery, let it take its time to recover, to push yourself too hard too soon.
