Fat caliper questions

Hey gang,


I bought a fat caliper since my weight scale is a rollercoaster hehe
I bought a sorta cheap one so i know i cannot get totally great results but something is better than nothing.


my question is where do i measure myself? the URL that came with it only lists one location and this seems WAY to simple to be correct.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. I am not really wanting to buy another one because i just need an aprox BF number until i get all my fat burned off.

Thanks, like i said i just want a quick rough estimate. hell i ebay'ed it for a whole 3 dollars so i cant complain hehe.

Once i get around my target weight i will buy a better one. I am still fat so i just need something for encouragement =)
