HARDEES - My meal added up
ok well went to gym......in hurry so didnt eat, then went n had sex and got very worn out and hungry as ****....so we go to hardees
(2) 2/3 double thick burgers
Large Fries
Fries = 610 Calories
28 g Fat

1 thick burger - 1230 Calories

had to force feed my damn self the last half of 2nd burger......
then took nap. imma feel like ass tomarrow!

u fatty, thats nothing. I used to eat that in my sleep. Try 9,000 calories in one meal

Man that is like my entire caloric intake during my cutting diet lol. You are making me hungry ****er. I had a great cheat meal on sat night tho. Went to Jack Astors and had:
Plate of meatballs
Order of garlic bread with cheese
Order of chicken quesadillas
Double teryaki chicken breast
1lb baked potatoe loaded
White/sticky rice
YUMMY!

had a good cheat last night it was great, Mixed Grill skewers from Olive Garden, House salad, some type of western potatoes, and 3-4 glasses of wine. DAMNNN it was GOOOD.

Speaking of cheat meals..I decided to cheat last night and take my wife out for Valentines day. We went to a seafood restaurant here in Houston called Babins. I had:
8 oz salmon with lemon butter and crawfish, blackened oysters, stuffed shrimp, broiled shrimp, scallops and crabcake. Served with a broiled veggie skewer and dirty rice. 3 loaves of their french bread, and of course cappuchino and bread pudding to top it off.

If you guys saw the Greg video on TLC... one of the bodybuilders on there descibed an average day "7, 9, 10, sometimes 12,000 calories a day." And he listed clean foods.

Hardees....they are still around, I thought they went out of business it has been years since I have seen one of those dumps.
