I was 145lbs when i started training
I have trained for 3 years
I weight 200lbs now.
Damn, I was skinny when I started training, 6'2 @145lbs, lean as hell, I looked like a twig, I was just looking at pics the other day, lol.

I was about 7lbs.. I came out of my moms womb and started doing push-ups. by the time my first appointment with the doctors at 3 weeks I was benching 165lbs. I did not start doing squats until I was 14 months old (had to learn to walk good first) but my first lift was 270lbs. that was 38 years ago.
