    Legs w/o suggestions

    Hey fellas,
I got 15 minutes before I am due to head for the gym. It's legs today and I really wanna try something new. Anyone done anything new and interesting for legs lately?

I was thinking of supersetting hams and quads....anyone done this?

    Thanks
    S

Finishing up with a Ham/Quad superset is a good option. While you work the one side - the otherside gets a nice stretch. Do your power work first, like Squats or Presses - then fry them puppies with the opposing muscle superset.

BTW - during your superset, I suggest keeping ham curls under 10 reps (hams need good, low rep explosive work) and quad extensions over 10 (quads need a little more time under tension).

Basically the same as Warrior stated, but the hams/quads go first. Either way is good.

I had actually never done lunges with a barbell on my back until last Friday. A lil late, but maybe for next week.
