damn, i been going through this course for the past two weeks and have had hardly anytime to hit the gym:( worst of all im at week 10 of 12 in my cycle:cry: i feel like im waisting away. and to top it all off im going on vacation, back to home, in a few days. i was hoping to hit it hard before i went home and saw everyone.

yea last week before finals I worked out every time but they were sub-par and my diet was whack. It's all good now but it happens from time to time things come up
i know, it just sucks to not be able to diet right and lift. feels like everything youve worked for is wasted

Finals and a new GF threw my game way way way off... But i know that this is my lifestyle, so a wasted month compared to the upcoming years wont mean that much in the long run... But not being at your personal best when seeing friends and family for a long time does suck, and i'm about to do the same this break... Ehh
