havent had time to lift much

damn, i been going through this course for the past two weeks and have had hardly anytime to hit the gym

worst of all im at week 10 of 12 in my cycle

i feel like im waisting away. and to top it all off im going on vacation, back to home, in a few days. i was hoping to hit it hard before i went home and saw everyone.

yea last week before finals I worked out every time but they were sub-par and my diet was whack. It's all good now but it happens from time to time things come up

i know, it just sucks to not be able to diet right and lift. feels like everything youve worked for is wasted

Finals and a new GF threw my game way way way off... But i know that this is my lifestyle, so a wasted month compared to the upcoming years wont mean that much in the long run... But not being at your personal best when seeing friends and family for a long time does suck, and i'm about to do the same this break... Ehh
