    Any long term tobacco chewers quit in here?

    How did you guys do it? Tips? help!!

    I've chewed for over 10 years and HATE it. I'm having problems quitting

    i feel ya bro i been dippin copenhagen for many years, and i want to quit is well. It cost to much and its not healthy im haveing problems to latly iv been chewing gum but it dosnt help that much i gotta have a dip evreytime after i eat and i eat like 7 times a day

    ive been chewing redman/levi for a few years but its been only about twice a week or so. i crave it real bad when i drink.

    Can't quit either. Been dippin for about 6 years now and don't see myself being able to go without it.

    Just for a heads up, if you ever get the white/yellow leathery patches on the inside of your lip, that would be a good time to quit. It's the first sign of mouth cancer.

    I dipped skoal/cope for over 10yrs. and have not chewed since Oct. 1 I made a deal w/ myself that if I was going to do a cycle I would stop. This is the first time I have ever tried to quit and it's not as hard as you think, my brother dipped longer then me and he has been clean for four years, you have to realize that urge will always be there.
