    It was okay. I went to the gym and walk my dog. Nothing really exciting.

    did some cardio even tho i had to be at an orthodonist appt..I knew it was at 230 but I got there sweaty as hell at 245 and the receptionist told me it was at 230 and I acted all surprised. Then she said if I didnt have my retainer with me theres no point in being there. Came home from that, and I've been eating all day since then.

    wake up at 7am eat, eat, eat, leave house, deal with MF traffic try to find a plce that will do my brakes before i leave for the Holidays and evrey freaking break place i find says it'll take 4 hrs so i bail and go to the mall to shop then go to the gym then end up back home at 5pm, eat, cut my hair take shower and im on AR now and about to eat again

    I just finished my xmas shopping, trained hard, and im about to go to bed with the person who might be the girl ive been looking for since I was a kid. Too bad i trained so hard i'll be useless to her The day was good.

    Today was great.

    Went tanning and got really dark using the Matrix for the 2nd day in a row.

    Then went to the gym and had one hell of a chest workout.

    Also ran into an old time female friend right outside of the gym...........ummmmm........whoa.......

    Then went to the mall and got 2 outfits, a New Era cap, Kenneth Cole "Black" and a few other travel requirements.

    Tonight I am havin' sour apple martinis 3x strong, packing my bags, and gettin' ready to hop the first thing smokin' to L.A. tomorrow for my weekend biz trip.

    Can't freakin' wait....

    Today wasn't bad, highly suspect the g/f is cheating on me at this point after i "intercepted" a call from another guy, got yelled at by the boss, just got over the flu that caused me to lose 12 pounds in 4 days, just a regular day I guess.
