    New year resolutions, who's making one?.

    Mine is to compete in Judo at 100kgs this year. I'm currently 120kgs.

    Dont do resolutions mainly cos i cant remember them and know there a load of crap anyway. But in the spirit opf things i think il try hit my 200lb target weight by the end November next yr and il be happy. Providing i have about 10% bf. (i feel a bulking cycle cummin on followed by a summer cutter)

    To get rid of my extra baby fat that I developed through-out the winter. And stop smoking......damn cigs!
