    How big do you want to be using roids?

    How much weight(muscle weight) do you want to put on? For me it's 10 pounds.

    its always 10lbs of lbm then when you get done with the cycle and see how it looks ......you figure well perhaps another 10lbs
    and so on

    I wanted to be huuuuge but know i work on more quality muslce i find it looks nice lol and last alot longer.......i hate takin a piss and losin everything jk anyways ya im 223lbs with about 10% i want to be about 210 at 5% and alot more syamtrical than i am now

    260 6-8% BF. Well, at least I've got the weight already. Now I just gotta loose about 10% of my body fat while putting on the same weight in muscle

    265 at less than 10%...I'm 265 at 14%bf now, and want 280 by the end of this cycle, so I can cut down to my goal...

    i wanna be the weight i am now but be 10%b/f,im 278 at around 16,im 6'2 also,i take that back,looking at myself now i feel like im 19% bodyfat,oh well its one of those teens,lol
