Christmas & Cutting (Its Hell)

Well it’s that time of year again, time to stock up those love handles, every year i tell myself leave the chocolate alone don’t eat all those nuts stay away from that bloody rich tasty sugary Christmas cake.

I do? -------- do i fcuk. But this year it is going to be different i am on Holiday in April and that is my focus to stay of the sugar stuff.

I could just tell the wife i am bulking or that it’s to save the children from getting to fat.
