anyone else down ?

I had something removed off my hand and i been unable to goto the gym for 3 weeks now ! I think one more week i will be good but right now i am just about able to grip things with my hand now. I feel like SHIT and been eating like complete shit. Now i think i am pushing my cycle forward from the beginning of jan to the middle/end to get back into the grove. Anyone else ?

I've hurt my wrist and i cant lift anything heavy with my right hand for bout 5 weeks now, its feelin like its gettin betta but im gna get a xray and ultra sound i think i mitr of fractured it or sum thing..i feel like a piece of shit not goin gym for 5 weeks, ive lost size everywhere and im dieing to lift agian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!
