Last night i was thinking... How does the ammount your lifting really affect the size your going to get? yes im sure the more you lift the higher your strength will be and im not saying you dont need to lift all that you can because you should always go your hardest in the gym, but what im asking is for example say there are two men same size, same physical demensions, same workout, everything is the same except 1 guy is putting up 150 and the others putting up 250 aside from the obvious strength difference will they get equivelenty big?

i think you will have to bring genetics, diet into play on this one, one persons body will not react the same as another
