    No Shirt Lifters

    Who doesn't wear a shirt when they workout? I did it last night, but usually can't do it because of the ghey rules. I think it's much better to workout this way. You can really see each muscle being worked. Chest day is fukin amazing without a tee on. Especially cable cross-overs.. So what's everybody's thoughts on this?

    Most gyms probably have a "Must wear T-shirt to workout", but I know alot of hardcore gyms don't.

    uh, as long as you're alone, or working out at home then its fine. but if it's busy then it might look a little ghey IMO. thats something chuck norris would do...

    haha, i was sportin the tight jeans and no shirt look last night.

    Even though I was the only one there i'm sure they're going to have some great video for their viewing pleasure today.

    Very true. I have known a few people in my lifetime that have contracted skin fungus by training on "infected" weight equipment. It's a white coloring of the skin (spots) and kinda looks like when you peel from a bad sunburn.

    Sounds kinda gross, there is one athlete i work with who likes to tak his shirt in the middle of the gym and flex in the mirror... I laugh. I'm not gonna lie, I'd prolly laugh if i saw you shirtless working out.

    I know a pro that does it. He doesn't workout shirtless but he takes his shirt off and flexes in the mirror post workout. He also drops his pants around his ankles wearing thong underwear and flex his quads, hamstrings and glutes. And no, he is not gay. (Yes we all wonder whats up with the thongs)

    I really don't care if people workout shirt less as long as they wipe the sweat off the equipment they are using. I really don't focus on what other people are doing at the gym unless it involves me.
