PM still not working........YOU CHUDDA!!

OK, now correct me if Im wrong but, I heard it takes 25 posts to be able to PM. As you can see, I have more than that but still cannot PM. I've been thinking someone disabled it (come on you chudda, you know who you are). So can someone tell me if I missed something here? I would appreciate any non-chudda-like responses. Thank you.

I believe you need to have 25 posts, and a week under your belt for pm status.
