    UPS drop offs?

OK--I told my local UPS center that I didnt have a PO box and that my mom would open up a package if it came to the house. They charge $5 to hold a package there for you and let it arrive--is this safe? PO box is too risky.

Honestly, if you are going to get caught you are gonna get caught no matter what method you use. It's dependent upon who you are de****g with. That is always the person who is/is not watched, not you. UPS is no safer than USPS, and I know a lot of professional "receivers" who use nothing but USPS for expedience and to avoid stuff bouncing around in big trucks. It's all about who is looking at you and why.
