nah dont wear em...I examined it closely in the mirror...nothing in there...cept the redness...Ill give it one or 2 more day...if not then u like u said ill call up the Dr.

try some eye drops a few times a day till it goes away, in a couple days if it seems to see be there, see a doctor...check out my eye.

yup, doing 5 miles ED without stopping along with the calsthenics(sp?)..wanna get my time a bit lower then increase the distance....I think im doin pretty well tho...hasnt been that long since i quit smoking...less than a month i think

Just started liftin yesterday for the first time in about a year comming back from a torn rotator cuff but happy as can be to be lifting again all I did for about a year was physical therapy and light curls and some pushup bars so it felt great to hit the chest and triceps hard yesterday.

as far as size...there was a time when i wanted to be fvcking huge...but most of the time it was about strength , speed and being ripped and size slows u down and costs alot more to maintain

I'm 5ft9 200 pounds at the moment was 230-240 range when I tore my rotator cuff I'm trying to cut down to about 185 or so then bulk back up to atleast in the 220's but my main thing is not to reinjure my shoulder as of now.
