    Girls doing chest weights.

    When girls workout their chest , bench press etc.. does their titties get bigga? or does it just get more shape etc?

    they tend to loose fat in their breasts and gain muscle which is why their always flat. thats why you always see the hardcore ones with implants

    When a girls works chest it will help lift the brest. you will see better cleavage and yes better shape. as for the brest reducing this comes from low bf. most girls tend to loos bf from the brest first. plus if there on a anti-e to get a harder look that will also reduce the brest. the same will go for winny or var. they tend to reduce brest tissue.

    The pec muscle can get larger, but it will lift, in some creating a realy nice line ( I love it!) in between the breast. Breats are made of fat, so if shes working out she will lose fat , breast being 1 of the 1st places to leave

    I don't have implants .. therefore i do not do chest exercises.:P

    but i think it depends.. my boobs r too small. i will do incline the odd time.. but

    If i do it as a part of my regular training i will develop pecs.. not attractive..

    I know how my body responds but everyone is different

    a few of my friends have IMPLANTS and when they really start working their chest.. they get LOPSIDED FAST! and its funny so i say if ur not loaded go for it and keep eating big

    What? I hope you're joking ...besides the fact that not training an entire bodypart would lead to serious muscle imbalances causing health issues....well developed pecs will only enhance the appearance of your chest.

    If you saw the difference it made in my body u would see what i mean.. i know not the case for everyone.. my breasts before i began working out were 36c's now they're 34'bs.

    oks..sooo what will be the diffrence, what look will girls titties get if you trained heavy with low reps?? and what look will you get if they trained light with lots of reps?

    Big pecs do help lift and present the breasts. Unfortunately, the rather small amount of muscle that most non-juicing women can grow is not enough to have a really significant effect. Think how hard it is for a man to add a half inch of thickness to his pecs, and consider how much harder it would be for a woman to do the same.

    Losing bodyfat will cancel out any breast improvement from bigger pecs. When you reduce your BF, you have to be willing to accept smaller boobies. Actually, though, smaller boobies are not always a bad thing, if you are losing lots of fat from the rest of your body, as well.

    Nolva, for chicks? Don't do it, Girlfriend, unless you are serious about competing. In 6 months you will lose at least a cup size.

    I'll give my two cents here....

    I don't have implants....and, I am a size D off season.
    The size hasn't decreased at at....I'm one of the few who's chest is "Full"...not ...hmmm...saggy. As you've noticed some womans breasts are different in look....some are very round...some are more...to say the least "not tight" looking.

    Some come to a peak...so, having said that....mine have become to look like a "mini lift". The chest muscles are strong enough to help lift the breast up and look younger and tighter. It also helps with the diet....good fatty acids help the elasticity of the skin. Which, when you start dieting, and lose the fat in that area, the skin responds quicker, and there will be less to sag.

    My chest goes from a size D 36 to a B 32 when competing.

    Great post, only thing I could think of to make it better would be pics of offseason, and onseason...
