I was moving out of my apartment, after ending a 10 year relationship with my woman, and she wanted the weights. She thought I would come back. I didn't. That is from bodyweight training and martial arts. Did you ever think that I was not a bodybuilder? Read my profile because I'm not a bodybuilder. No disrespect to my fellow bros out there, I respect all the hard work that you guys put in . I train to become a better athlete not just to look pretty in bikini trucks . I don't approach people to train, they come to me because I have the knowledge to improve their programs. Look at the trainer's for sports teams. Are they in as good of physical condition as their athletes. No. Their athletes job is to train and theirs is to teach. I know you cannot understand this because of your 3rd grade education. I am a teacher and, yes, I work out but first, I am a teacher. Ask members, who attend the workout forum, if they have learned more from you or me?
