Smart Money was forecasting a good year for Bank of America. They also mentioned international mutual funds like Dodge & Cox International Stock (DODFX) and T. Rowe Price Emerging Markets Stock (PRMSX).

They also liked Devon Energy Corp. (DVN) for gas...

I'm gonna look more into PRMSX which invests in small and large companies in developing naitions... the US can only develop so much - I think there will be a lot more growth overseas this year...

I'm going to school to be an investment banker and my area of expertise (computer hardware), I'd advise snagging some ATI (canadian graphics card producer) shares. They've had a decline in share price the past year but with their new hardware to be comming out will raise them back

Apple has doubled over the last 6 months, I think it's time to buy some LEAP puts.

I have a nice slice of my 401 in Dodge and Cox, seems like they always perform. I believe their avg. rate of growth is at about the 12-13% area.

Puttin money directly into a unit trust is what I do.

The best, most efficient way to make money in the UK, I feel, is property. Many of my friends houses have doubled in value in the last 7 years, including mine, sometimes occasionally more.

Yeah - I hope the forecast on ATI isn't based on Crossfire - 'cause a lot of publications are saying its a flop... NVIDIA is smoking ATI, and AMD is killin' Intel by producing cooler, faster CPU's - which have been ready for the dual core age... and 64bit computing...

I'll be focusing my attention on real estate, the amount of money you can make in a short amount of time is unreal.

Be careful the make or break of this is totally up to our goverment and there taxing, I dont like leaving me money up to them, but also my portfolio is still small, so one hit would end me.

Good money out there is private hard money(Real estate investments). I invest in a PGH based company with a 12% yearly return. This money is backed by real estate notes at 65% LTV.
