Is this Accurate?

it said my my body mass index is about 21.1 kg/m2
waist to heigh ratio is about 0.44
body fat percentage is about 23.7%
Lean Body mass is about 87.7 Lb
It said my weight is about in normal range
It also said this:
You do not need to lose weight.
Start an exercise progam and become more active.
Minimum caloric requirements: 1721 calories per day
Your diet should contain at least 49 grams of protein per day.

yea, bmi and most bodyweight guidelines make most of us, if not all obese, or morbidly obese... so baz, sit your fatass down and be quiet

The BMI is irrelevant and doesnt lead to anything conclusive. IT doesnt give anything accuratly descriptive.
