Liposuction and exercise??
Ok It takes balls to admit this as a guy so lay off the jokes please lol, im getting liposuction on my ass (im very in shape but have a big ass and am unhappy with it), and I was told I shouldnt exercise before surgery and for 4 weeks after by the NURSE..now im sure she tells that to everyone, and im only getting liposuction on my ass, nowhere else, and im really dying to workout! no way i can't go to the gym for 4 weeks, anyone out there know if its ok to workout as long as im not doing anything that targets my ass?? thanks!

well fat ass... jk...
good luck with the proceedure.. from what i hear you will not want to go to the gym...
just don't do squats, or other strenuous exercise.. if you were doing GH for the past 2-3 months you might have healed alot faster..
just remember to drink lots of water..The answer to your every question

Working out any sooner than 4 weeks a very bad idea as you will not allow yourself time to heal properly--give your body time to recover to avoid any complications, believe me, I KNOW what I'm talking about!
Good Luck!

well all im worried about is like, by working out and tearing muscles and such it might interfere with the he****g of my ass, by the way im not a fatso, if you check out the main purpose of liposuction it is not to remove fat that one puts on by eating, its to remove localized depots of fat that your genetically predisposed to, im very in shape i just have a fat butt and want it smaller
so does anyone know if working out upper body is going to interfere with the he****g of my ass?

LOL...no, I never had fat sucked out of my ass; I actually look a lil' too balanced and perfect just the way I am to mess with my hot bod like that!
BUT, I have known tons of people who've had lipo and other plastic surgery b/c of where I worked, so I happen to know a lot about it.

Yes, it'll interfere with the he****g. It has to do with blood circulation and raising your temperature. But I don't think you should be worried about this too much right now, since I'm pretty sure you won't want to hit the gym too soon after your surgery anyway. Just listen to your body.

What makes you have a propensity to store fat in your ass?
Is that the only part of you that is "fat"?
Are you sure it is "fat", or do your genetics lend themselves to giving you more ass (total area/glutes)than normal?
I just never heard of an ass being lipo'd......
