Lol, over the years ive spoken and dealt with thousands of people in the US, and all i ever come across are people who's for some reason or another Irish or have some distant reletive who is.
Many times they have no association to Ireland at all.
So.. what is it with you guys? Whats so great about Ireland? In the UK we hate them. :wg:

There probably are a lot of US citizens with Irish blood. Hell, my grandfather was half Irish and I am black! My aunt and uncle have red hair and extremely tanned looking skin. When I stay in the sun for a long time my hair gets red as well...
Reminds me of something, i used to work with a Lady, she was expecting her first baby, she had curly ginger hair. Her husband and baby father was black. You're right Messy. Most people think its' cool to be irish because of their heavy drinking and overall friendliness. Entertainment/movies/music make it look cool also. I've been to Ireland and I must say it's one of my favorite places in the world even though my family is more from Scotland. I have a Mc as a last name and people think i'm fukin Irish when they hear it, but it's Scottish.
