    have to enjoy my last few days

    time to cut.....im going to go all out this time, i always do it for a week or to then taper off. starting monday im going all out, i want to drop to 7-8% (im at about 14% right now). i just got done eating a bowl of ice cream and this weekend im going to have some nice filling hieniken im going to post some before pics soon in the pic forum. well time to go study the diet forum.....
