    Anyone have a goal for 2006?

    I set a couple resolutions for myself.

    1. Get bigger and stronger then I have ever been before and look my absolute best

    2. Get out of my job in a few months on to bigger and better things.

    3. Continue my education and do well.

    I want to be 200lbs, I wanted to hit that last year but in november i lost about 15lbs and knocked me from my goal. I WILL be 200lbs by the years end. thats 30lbs in 12 months, shouldn't be to hard if my body cooperates.

    Continue to grow my business so my wife can stop working.

    ~If I am able, open a gym (as a second business).. That would be sweet.

    1. I want to get to 210 lbs by the end of 2006. With not that much bf% gained. I am at 194 lbs right now.
    2. Get back into school. I just took the GMAT in 2005 and I am looking at schools to apply.
    3. Get laid more. It was a slow year in 2005.
    4. Travel more. In March, I am going to El Salvador w/my dad. That is where he is from.

    1. 195lbs 8%bf
    2. Get my real estate license
    3. Execute my business plan
    4. Learn and practice NLP
    5. Continue on the path towards self mastery
    6. Modeling/Acting

    ...All will be completed.

    Get laid more. Last year was good, but there's always room for improvement!

    1) Surpass my income/prosperity from my V.X. biz this year. So far, so very good!

    2) Expand into Hollywood and get on t.v./movies/videos.

    3) Continue to transform my body into a walking specimen at all times.

    4) Get my clothing done within the next 2 months.

    5) Completion of my new website which will be for t.v/film/getting into the industry. It'll be totally seperate from my V.X. business site.

    There are more goals, these are the most important ones.

    swole I agree I have cut back alot but am afraid as soon as I quit that I will gain back unwanted weight but I'm still gonna quit and just do cardio everytime I think of smoking.

    The weight gain is not really that bad if you continue to do cardio, eat right, etc.

    Much of the weight gain comes from people eating like crazy because they are no longer smoking, and those people usually aren't active in weights/cardio/etc., and don't have a vested interest in attention to dietary practices that are sound.
