I'll post up pictures of my home gym in the next couple of days. I have the chassis structure by Parabody. It's the non-Smith machine structure for free weights. I chose this one specifically because of the various attachments that I could add to it. I have purchased all of the attachments and the entire setup has been fantastic. I also have 5-80lbs dumbells so that helps.

If you like to mix things up and be creative in the gym, then I do not recommend the Smith machine structure. I like the fact that I can remove the barbell and set it aside to do other things.

Hoist makes a damn good piece of equipment but pricey. Keep in mind that does not come with the weights or Benches, so expect to drop another grand or so.

That smith has option of free bar too, nice choice.

    Incline/decline bench
    leg attachment
    precher attachment

I agree with IBdmfkr, Hoist does manufacture some nice equipment. Sounds like you've got a steal of a deal in the works, though!
