    does anyone want a burger????

    ok..so i'm trying to get back into the nutrition and eating healthy and all that crap. Alot of you on this site are much more dedicated to nutrition than I am. So what do you do when you just crave the "junk"??? I am so tired of chicken already!!!! I would love a burger....or some pizza....pepporoni, jalepeno and mushrooms!!!! aaahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    come on....i know you guys have to crave some stuff too!!!!

    substitute the "CRAP" , with healthy food products... that taste similar to the crap- that is only if I am having cravings though.Loaded omelettes are always tasty and of course my "protein pancakes" Basically egg whites...... in a pancake form... topped with cinnoman a few packettes of splenda, cal free spray butter and sugar free syrup. haha... calorie free...sugar free
    So basically I'm just eating egg whites... I just don't like to take in all those unnatural substances such as the spray butter, and substitute sugar(aspartame) because it isn't healthy. Check out the Recipe forum, there is a lot of GREAT recipes in there!

    We all crave. Just try and stick to your diet until your scheduled weekly cheat meal. If you can, stick to the diet until you stop seeing the fat melt away. When your body reaches homiostaces, have a burger or what ever. Just don't binge all day.

    Try to find extra Lean Bison burgers. I eat them all the time, 36g of protien with only 4 grams of fat

    haha...BC said "Don't do It"!! He just gave in and had chips and queso earlier!!! This is the hardest part to getting your body back in awesome shape I think....just that first week or 2 of diet change. It's MISERABLE!!!!!

    It's hard to get back in the swing of it, you must have something you really want to accomplish to be dedicated like it takes. I find that if there is an event or something that I want to look good at, I use that for motivation. If there is no reason to look crazy good, then why bother to suffer?

    With that said, The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger from Jack In the Box owns!!

    OMG!!! That is the best!!!!! With curly fries for sure!!!! haha
    My motivation right now is summer. Bikini time.
    Damn an ultimate cheeseburger sounds good though! haha

    Yeah, X-Large curly fries, onion rings, 2 tacos, 2 chicken sandwiches and a large peanut butter shake!!

    haha.. BC always get about 6 of the tacos. They are SOOOOO good! and greasy!
    Dammit this thread is making me hungry. I wish I wouldn't have started it!

    i no i splurged tonight and had half a buger couple of fries,chips caso,and cimmiono rolls.and i am going out of town tomrw this is going to be realy hard but i am doing it.

    its ok to eat things like this occasionally, just try to limit it to once a week, preferably a little longer.

    easy for you to say! that's my problem. I want some fattening food so bad. I don't want tuna and chicken!! I know other people have to be feeling like this. I can't be the only one!!

    My Dad used to tell me stories of that place! We used to go there when I was real young (which is why I don't remember it) and he would always try to eat the big bastard. He never got it for free but man I think I could.

    I know where WF is.. what restaurant? i have heard of the one in Amarillo but not in Wf's and I have been there several times.

    Glutamine is good to fight the Cravings of Junk food and Sugars. I am Hypoglycemic and Glutamine really controls my cravings for that crap.

    Making homemade is good. I'll make homemade burgers, tacos, or pizza, and try to stay closer to my diet. But I am VERY guilty of eating alot of fast food. I've even gone to McDonalds or Taco Bell for a PWO meal acouple of times.

    Up north, we only have Rallys in comparison...HOWEVER, we do have Swensons and Gally Boys which I bet will hold a candle to any JnBox Burg...matter of fact, I'm gonna grab a few tonight.....bulking up during the winter is sooo much fun, come spring, I'm so happy to cut that the cravings are non-existent.

    Everyone at work lately have been eating pepporoni and jalepeno pizza. So I had to laugh when I saw that. I crave stuff all the time.
