    Got 9 egg whites down today EASY!!!!

    throw it on some bread and have a cup of oatmeal with a protein shake for desert and thats a meal...i hope ur buying the 30 egg cartons....

    Cooked or raw? The most I ever ate at one sitting was four. Man, I'm lagging. Stir fried, they are just to air fluffed for me to down any more. Fill up so fast.

    lol ive gotten to the point that my metabolism is going so fast that i can eat forever because like it takes me longer to eat my food that it takes to digest lol, i never get full anymore....
