    New Years Resolution

    How many new people have you guys seen at the gym so far? There is people everywhere at my gym. They need to get f*** out of the way!! I give it a month or so.

    u have to appreciate thier motivation...
    which is however completely dependent upon a little number on a calendar and imo just pathetic, motivation comes from within, not from a damn calendar.

    yea it sucks you got the first 3 weeks in january from resolutions then 2 weeks before spring break. My advice is go in the morning most of those people are big party goers and too hung over to go in the morning.

    I hate it! There were 2 obese ladies today on the bike and I swear you COULD NOT peddal any slower than them if YOU TRIED. Theres at least 15-20 ppl more there when I am at all times. I'm not even there peak hours, that would be scary. I just want them all to leave. When I get back to school its gonna be awful, cuz im sure they were all like "Oh well I'll start as soon as I get back for second semester"

    by the middle of february 95% of them will be gone. god bless the 5% that can stay dedicated enough to make it to march.....i wish i had their drive and motivation

    I give them credit for being there, but then, i take that credit away for those people who go out and eat mcdonald's, because they went to the gym.....so its ok..

    i dont give them credit at all. Those are the ppl that are 400lbs and say "Ive tried diet and Ive tried exercise". You call walking 1mph on the treadmill flat for 5 minutes exercise fatty?

    well of course, the people who are like "i've tried everything and just cant loose weight" are those who just invest in Mcdonald's stock.

    you see it wouldnt be so bad if they asked for help and wanted to try but all they do is take up the benches and dumbells. I went in the other day and the squat racks were full of people doing biceps ok it happens but I look over at the benches and see the same thing. If you waste my time or prevent me from doing the one thin I look forward to everyday stay away

    I'll actually say something. I hate when ppl sit and talk on their cell phones on a bench I wanna use, thats the worst

    I wanna own my own gym in the future and have 2 floors the bottom for those types of people and the upstairs for the VIP room you have to pass a test to get in that would be sweet
