whats up bros, if you don't know me it's probably because i didn't post enough...but for those who do, i'm back suckahz. i think i haven't posted here in something like 2 months? i've been real focused with work, sticking to my diet(not as strict however) and still going out and having fun. anyway i put on some lbs, lost a little bit of the abs but i think it looks better. i hope everybody has progressed and is doing well. peace
