i got a script for some sleep meds the other day but they aren't doing much for me. last night they did shit and tonight i fell asleep an hour or 2 ago and **** me i just woke up.

my ex g/f used to suffer with insomnia but when she was on meds for it she was like u. She would wait for it to kick in which took a while which in turn made her depentand upon them.

In the end she decided to stop taking them. She got not a lot of sleep for about 2 weeks but now she sleeps like a rock
