    Who would say cut off a pinky toe with a butter knife to look like that forever with out ever working out again? Unless you want to of course..never get fat or loose muscle mass no matter what!!

    and no i wouldnt give up a pinky toe ..... i actually love to work out ... and the muscle gains and fat loss are just the results of my hard work and dedication
