fake ID?

OK, hypothetically speaking of course, I can envision that if someone wanted to order gear in the mail, they might want to have it sent to a PO box. That won't help much if it's in your real name though....Unfortunately, that ask for ID when opening one. HOw would someone like that get around that? Fake ID? If so, does anyone have any knowledge of suppliers of said ID.. Please don't tell me to do a search, because I have and tone of sites come up, with no way of knowing if they're honest. I suspect most are not. Feel free to PM me if that's more appropriate.
