Well i been doing the 3x a week fullbody from Chat Waterbury from ******** and OMG. Since i did regular deads for 2 weeks i am forced to change them for another 2 weeks. I figure i would do Sumo style (never done before). I read info on lift and got the form down in the mirror , go time. Well after doing a 4sets of 5reps I am surprised i am not bleed from my legs(where the knee is) I read its good to Hyperextend at standing part of the movement and from doing that with the BB (with the little dimples) it was like a cheese grader ! I was in the grove today so i didnt pay it any mind but when i got a shower just now, outch !
