    My boy has Jaundice from abuse of gear

    Poor guy check him out. It's my Smiley in my avatar. Crazy Fcuk ran 300mgs of drol for 6 months and came down with Jaundice. Look how yellow his skin is . He can still rep 5 plates for 8 reps though so who cares right

    Yea that's when i was a newbie and didnt train legs. Check them out. Good form you have to admit though..............Nice full range of motion and steady consistent reps with a slight pause at the bottom...
