Grunge! Alice in Chains, Nirvanna, loud raw stuff with a sullen mood. On the flip side I'll listen to Erasure (how gay is that?). What ever works.

I think thrice - paper wings and deadbolt might be the toughest songs ever written.

Lately I have been falling into atreyu, that son RIGHT SIDE OF THE BED gets me going.

Believe it or not, I actually like Dune- Electric Heaven (Radio Edit) for cardio.
I also used it on my highlite films.

    Heres some others
White Zombie - More Human than human
NIN Inch Nails - Head like a Hole - Closer
Metallica - Sanitarium - FOr whom the Bell tolls - Ride the Lightning

    Anything by Disturbed

I've been digging on that Deep Dish tune "Say Hello" while i've been lifting.

So my Ipod is filled with alot of Deep Dish, Tiesto, Fragma, Oakenfold, etc..

I go through phases. My next phase will probably be rap or rock and then 80s.
