I Feel Like I'm Falling Apart

Lately with my increasing gains i've also seen increases in a lot of pain. I feel like my body is falling apart. I dont know how to explain it other than my muscles are further advanced that my joints. I fvcked my shoulder all up yesterday, which thanks to doc sust i will be able to rehabilitate. After i injured that i decided to finish my workout with tri's, and low and behold my first set of skull crushers felt like they were going to stress fracture my forearm/elbow. I worked through the pain being frusterated. My forearms had always hurt when doing straight bar curls, so i started working my forearms heavy but now my wrists are killing me. I did dead lifts on tuesday and my lower back still hurts if i bend to the right. Does everyone get like this or am i just injury prone. I probably just need some time off, but i dont know how much. It's just so hard to quit.

I get the same pain in my forarms, when i am doing hardcore curls. Its like its forarm splints or something. You think working the forarms will do the job

well the straight bar is what is doing it, its making the wrist twist in a manner its not supposed to. I also believe it has to do with youre forearm not being able to keep with with your bicep

Preacher curls with the EZ bar makes me feel like my forearms are gonna split in half.

no cycle now or previously. Dropping the weight is easier said than done, but ive come to not other choice, i need to take some time off to heal and when i come back im going to do light weight and high reps. its just so damn frusterating to quit when ive been seeing great gains within the past month.

Just rest up, and let your joints heal. What good is all that work going to do when one day you end up hurting yourself and HAVE to lay off the gym because of a serious injury. You're lifting to get stronger, and part of that is heeling.. so go sit down somewhere and heal bish!

taking a full week off from lifting is a good idea. i read in muscle and fitness that it takes at least 2 weeks of not lifting to actually start to lose muscle.
