Yeah, masturbation is the quick relief without the inconvenience of flowers, dinner, time and cost commitment, etc. A good wank, a few puffs of a joint, a dip in the hot tub, some simple meditation excersices, sounds like a good Sunday to me.

My biggest thing is going for a walk and listening to Anthony Robbins. There's nothing like that combination of my heart getting a little pump, looking at beauty, and listening to a great life coach talking about how to control my emotions.
It was just brought to my attention by a lot of my friends that I have an incredible amount of positive energy. It's funny, because my friend told me last night that whenever he sees me driving in my car I always have this crazy smile on my face. The reason is because I always take a bad feeling and make it good, and I make good feelings even better. Always look at the positives in life.

Good post. You sound like you're onto phenomenology. I like A. Robbins too but A. Robbins is more like a salesman and a borrower (that's not to diminish his books - they are worthwhile I think). You might want to check out Mihaly Chizenzmihaly (look on amazon under "Flow"); Also, the "heart of Buddhism" is a good read - Thich Naht Hahn is the author - he's a Viatnamese Buddhist monk who was up for the noble peace prize - check Amazon for his books. Other authors in the "positive psychology" genre include Rollo May (existentialist), and the humanists, Carl Rogers, and Abraham Maslow. Also, check out Joseph Campbell - you can see him with journalist Bill Moyers in the PBS "Myth and Symbol" series that your local library either has or can get via interlibrary loan. If you have that positive energy you are a vital person and vital people vitalize the world. The authors mentioned would be a great influence to you because they are interested in cultivating positive character through positive worldviews, peace, and tolerance. They have something to teach and maybe you do (or will) too.

getting away from other people and their drama always helps. i like to hike in the hills behind my house. seeing all the trees and animals is pretty relaxing. but nothing compares to having a hot chick give you head and then a massage afterward.

Strap on my backpack, lace on my hiking boots, hit the trails for a few days alone or with my kid.
Nothing more relaxing than spending an evening sitting by a campfire in the middle of nowhere, listening to a stream and looking at the stars.
Man just thinking about it is enough to mellow me out.

me and my boys used to fu_k with this homeless guy that lived in our town. we got him to chase us with his car and sh_t... good times, driving 90 mph down a street where the speed limit is 25, drunk as hell. my boy even rammed the car he was sleeping in with his car. another time we went to bang on the window of his car, but he was awake, and he got out when we walked up on him, so we got back in our car and started laughing all crazy style at him as we drove away. this guy deserveed it though cause he worked with me, and hed ALWAYS talk sh_t to me. until the day he saw me in a beater
