So I did a really intense leg workout last night. And when I left the gym, my girl and I were walking to the car. You know how you hobble like an old man after a tough leg workout.
Anyhow, I got this rumbling in my stomach and all of a sudden I popped all over the place. Not much but water, but still enough to make my girl tell me "you're overdoing it"
Just thought I'd share with you guys!
I have done it many times during squats but never later. I have a few times recently but narrowed it down to me taking ECA before working out and that was messing with my stomach and made my pulse go to 160 after each set..

must've had a good workout, i've never puked but i've come very close on a few occasions. i love that feelin when u walkin mad weird after a leg workout...
i got dizzy ones and had to sit down to gather myself.
ive only gotten very nausiated. to the point where i had to sit down and put some cold water on my face. but havent blown chunks yet. ahh maybe some day.....
I've blown chunks after 5x12 on clean and press with only a two minute break between sets. Never after squats though, I have been really dizzy and had to sit or lay down.
Almost every leg workout. I hate it though, when I manage to make it through my squats without throwing up, feeling great, chug down my shake and then just throw up all my protein, creatine, glutamine, and dextrose.
I have been awfully close, especialy when doing wsb training. The damn pace is insanity.
Nowdays I take it a little easier. If I get so naseous that I want to puke the rest of the workout is ruined.
i only puked once after a workout, but ive been very close several other times. i can only imagine how the gym owners would respond if i yaked in their gym.

But maybe it was this fat chick bending over with her gut hanging out :hitit:
I love leg day...I get a sadistic excitement out of the pain from it.
Last week I had Marty trubilla train me for legs, and after doing an 8 set drop set on the leg press machine, the whole room spun around, I blacked out, and woke up having a major seizure, convulging all over of the place, with drool spilling out of my mouth, with the entire gym surrounding me in awe...
Hey...it's the pain you get for having 27 and a half inch quads ice cold :)
