So I did a really intense leg workout last night. And when I left the gym, my girl and I were walking to the car. You know how you hobble like an old man after a tough leg workout.
Anyhow, I got this rumbling in my stomach and all of a sudden I popped all over the place. Not much but water, but still enough to make my girl tell me "you're overdoing it"
