    Sh*tty Bulking feeling in the OFFICE!

    Anyone else feel like a bloated pig sucking down cals all day and sitting on your ass in an office? That's what holding me back....guilt from just sitting. I realize the pros sleep all day, but how do they do it? They get fat as hell, use insulin and gh, guess thats how!

    No.

    You have to make up your mind whether you want to cut/bulk/whatever and see it all the way through.

    If you feel too fat or lazy, then don't each a lot of shit food, keep it clean, work cardio in there so you're not turning into a fat ass, etc.

    what do you do? I thought I read once you swelled up like a pig during your last bulk, did no cardio and just slammed the cals....was it a good bulk? Was it rough to cut back down? My diet is 95% clean.....I'm thinking of letting go on the weekends and just slamming, but not sure.

    I omitted cardio for a while, yes, and I ate freely and had fun, partied, just had fun w/my life and biz for a while, hung out w/people I normally cannot hang out with by being strict, etc., but I wasn't feeling like a fat ass. I knew I was getting meaty, but I also know that when I need to cut, I know everything I have to do to be me, so it's all good.

    really, now we are off on the wrong foot... i love ppl who think bodybuildling isnt hard, or that they just luckily get big, or lean like that... you more than most the ppl ive seen on here... need to read

    Ive been around the 6k cal mark since Ive started and I sit most of the day...no harm done. Then again, I havent cheated since I started and its really really clean. I wouldnt worry about it

    heres what ive been doing for awhile now...
    10 eggwhites, 3 packets weight control oatmeal (u hate me for this one)
    2 sweet potatoes, 2 chicken breasts
    10 eggwhites, 2 baked potatoes
    1 1/2 cups oats, 40g whey
    pwo skim milk/oats/whey
    ppwo 2 chicken breasts 2 cups rice
    tuna/mayo 2 tbspn flax
    some turkey (dunno how much..dont go too crazy)
    1 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbpn natty pb

    Id clean bulk and give yourself a treat once a week.
    Dirty bulk makes you carry a peptobismol 24/7.
    Seen probodybuilder vdos?

    Eating 2 tbones plus 2 potatoes in a meal to "satisfy" in ONE MEAL is a lot.
    I know they need more, but when bulking we can eat a hell of a lot, and the stomach can hurt at the same time.

    I try and get fat but I don't ****in' eat enough. Training is easy, the diet is hard.

    i have my own mini cooler and a blender at the cubicle making myself mean protein shakes all day long, experimenting and such. i am about to get a stove in that biaaatch

    Man i know how you feel. I am in my 4 weeks of test e only(20mg nolva daily) and was about to look up peoples options on bloat with gear. I am putting on good weight but looks like most is in the stomach area. I am going to start working 2 cardio days into my already 3x a week full body. I feel like a fat load right now
