    Fav bb meals

Let's share favourite bb meals. No cheat meals, they have to be proper bb meals.

I'll start. I just love and am currently eating 550g of baked potatoes with 2 large cans of tuna. Simple, easy, low fat, high protein and carbs.....

    Anyone else??

Try topside bro. It's expensive as s*it but tastes sooooo good. And it's leaner than all the other cuts!

I have never had steak before in my diet, only now and again, but everytime i look at the steaks section (am always in chicken & turkey deaprtment), it looks like it has a shvt load of fat on them.

If you stick to rump, sirloin and topside the fat content ain't too bad. Remember you do need a certain amount of fat in your diet and even saturated fat (in moderation ofcourse) has been shown to play a vital role in natty test production.

I only ever eat steak at the last meal of the day along. If find that the fat content slows down the release of the protein in the meat during the night. As I'm lactose intolerent I can't take in casein so this is a good alternative. Not to say I eat red meat every night of the week, only about 2-3. The other nights I wake up during the night and have a whey protein shake.

What? You mean you make your oats on the stove, not in the microwave? Does it come out kinda like the strings in egg drop soup?
