    Wow this is completly disgusting, yet an acheivement...

    I was looking on BB.com and looking at the transformation of the week... this guy went from 618lbs to 265lbs... now when you loose almost 400pounds of fat... just take a guess what you look like...

    He obviously didnt lift weights to lose his fat. He should have been hitting the weights hard to lose weight and turn that shit into muscle.

    when you're that big it's impossible to lose all that weight without surgery. i know 3people that had the same problem.

    Ok expert...he obviously hit the weights, look at his traps and shoulders...he has been doing some sort of weight training but there is no amount of AAS or weight training that could have kept all that skin from being there...skin does'nt bounce back like you seem to think, expecially when stretched that much.

    OMG - God's speed to that dude... he really turned his health around... but damn, hopefully he can keep cleaning up around the edges with some nip and tucking... the nipples are really distracting...

    Bloody hell. Thats a shvt load of fat lost. I feel for this guy as i suffer from loose skin too and its a right bitch. $14,000 surgery will fix that though.

    THe skin looks bad but not everyone has $15000 for surgery to fix that. At least he has his health now and will live a better life simply for that reason.

    yeah its not exactly that hard to loose weight at that size, just cutting back 4,000 calories a day of staight up lard, would loose about, 3-4 pounds a week
