    You speak with Arnold on a regular basis?He tells you all about his cycles and doses huh?

    True, Arnold was great,but not big by todays standards.We are talking today,and what it takes to get big in todays world.Times change and so do cycling ideas.Old school drug with old school results.Not saying the drug sucks.But if you are looking to get LARGE it's a poor choice.Looking to do a Calvin Klein underwear commercial,it's a great choice...enjoy your Primo

    Everyone claims he did Dbol and primo. With test here and there. If you know different please tell I would like to know.

    Arnold not big by todays standards..... Compared to who? The top professional bodybuilders in the world? I would say on this forum no one comes close to his physique except for a FEW if that.

    Some of the crazy cycles alot of folk do on this board, I can't see how you haven't reached the Top bodybuilding look of jay,ruhl, and ronnie. It shocks me really.
    Some of the cycles members do here would probly make arnold shit himself.

    I would guess Arnold achieved most of his gains from dbol , and perhaps deca and test too. He might have used primo, but trust me, he used alot more AASs.

    As you can see Arnold looks 10x's better than Ronnie, unfortunently BB'ing has taken a turn for the worst and Ronnie along with other competitors have to create this look to win.

    Yea well that's opinion. Bodybuilding isn't about being pretty. But I would def rather look like arnie.

    I actually read an article where so and so said arnold took primobolan and dianabol . and that they would go to mexico to get them because they were cheap. And so and so was the one who gave arnold shots etc...
    The knowledge of the body, and how much people cram into their bodies now is different now than then.
    I believe all the size gained back then was due mostly to genetics, and today by genetics and even more by the amounts and stacks of roids.

    Anyhoo, the thing about then and now that is the same is they all did/do well at getting their bodies to grow.
