Yes you can but I'd buy Egg white protein instead of Egg white. In either case, they don't need to be refrigerated because they come as powder.

Not really. I bought a jug last month and it comes in powder form and it is not written on the jug that it needs to be refrigerated!

Yes, without the Yolks plus you don't need to broil etc. It is just like the protein shake; mix it with water and drink it.

Yes they are good. But I eat Egg whites twice daily so I eat Eggs in one meal and drink Egg white protein shake with oats etc in the other meal.
