just goes to show that if you're going to kill someone, be smart about it... dont torch the body in a car that is registered to you, and dont buy incriminating evidence anywhere near the town you live in.

Two bodybuilders turned accused murderers are back in Nevada after a dramatic cross country getaway attempt. One of them, Kelly Ryan, made her first appearance before a Las Vegas judge Tuesday morning without her husband Craig Titus.
Ryan and Titus are accused of killing their personal assistant, 28 year old Melissa James. James' body was found in a burned Jaguar near Sandy Valley just weeks before the husband and wife headed east near Boston. Titus is charged with the murder.
Investigators say Titus was having an affair with James, which may be the reason she was killed. The couple claims they went to Massachusetts to see family for the holidays just days after James was killed and three days before a warrant was issued for their arrest.
After they were caught at a nail salon outside of Boston, the couple spent nearly three weeks in a Massachusetts jail before being extradited back to Las Vegas.
As for Titus, he is at the Clark County Detention Center; his first court appearance is set for Wednesday morning. Ryan will appear in court again Wednesday for a bail hearing.
Also due in court is a third person arrested in connection with the case. Anthony Gross is charged with arson. Police say he helped set fire to the car that held Melissa James. The judge could change Gross' preliminary hearing so all three of the accused will go to trial at the same time.
i hope so for the sake of this guys reputation. it wouldn't make sense why someone would fu_k up their life over some money... but you never know, there are some stupid people in this worldQuote:

I believe this was not a god reason to kill. But some reasons are.
Someone kills your little daughter or son. Now if he would have killed my daughter, I would have returned the favor. And zapped him.
Like if someone killed a close family member or a freind. I would retaliate. Not in the case that he had tho.
