How much a week do you drink?

mabey once a month. A glass or 2 of wine. Or captain and diet coke if I go out with buddies...which is once in a blue moon. Drinking makes me tired - I don't like it anymore, it's not worth jeopardising gains.

Not very often maybe the odd beer or two but nothing too hard last time I really drank was 8mths a go as it was my b-day :-)

I wish I had the will power as most of you guys have. I can't have the one or two beers at a sitting. If I'm going to drink, I'm going to drink. Otherwise give me some water and a steak. When I am on a roll, I can down more than I can imagine. It amazes me sometimes how much I can drink. I am not in any way proud of that. I have tried time after time to control it. But then I slip.

It's an uphill battle. Life is full of curve balls. You just have to know how to hit them to over come. Which I myself have not been able to hit this curve ball called drinking.

Oh well, might as well order anohter round...I'm buying!!!

I usually don't drink but when i do, well i do...24-36 beers / drink is nothing new for me, but luckily it only happens about 4 times a year, man i am soooooo bad when i do that..............vacation time is another bad time for me, one week, 7 days, 7 afternoons and 7 nights to give'er all you got...now that makes it 21 chances to get drunk, bring it on.....

But so far this year i only drank 2 times, now that's pretty good....

Some do carb loading days
I do alcohol loading days-1,2,3,4 days a week. Depends on how many special occasions pop up for the week.

Don't drink much maybe 3 thimes a year but find it hard when out with mates due to peer pressure but I just tell them the reason why they have a beer belly and I have a 6 pack is dedication and will power. I don't need a drink to make myself interseting.

I drink once a week and usually 5-15 drinks... depends on what's going on. When I'm "on", I cut it to like 2-5 drinks once a week.
